The City Council will conduct a public hearing on May 1, at or after 5PM, to hear public comment and recommendations prior to the City Council authorizing submittal of a Substantial Amendment to the 2016 - 2020 Consolidated Plan and the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Action Plan; and considering approval of Fiscal Year 2018/2019 funding agreements for Public Services, Fair Housing, and HOPWA funds.
