12.1 RESOLUTION - ADOPTION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, UNIT 14 - POLICE CIVILIAN TECHNICAL REPRESENTED BY SEIU, LOCAL 1021, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2021 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Human Resources Department and the City Manager's Office that the Council, by resolution, adopt the Memorandum of Understanding for an agreement for, and on behalf of, the employees in the City's Bargaining Unit 14 - Police Civilian Technical, represented by the SEIU Local 1021, and effective July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024.
